South Florida Commuter Services (SFCS) works with employers to develop and implement customized transportation programs to address the commuting challenges facing their worksite.  Our first step is to have an SFCS Outreach Representative meet with company stakeholders, conduct an on-site analysis of the worksite, and survey employees’ commuting habits.  This analysis will assist SFCS in identifying the solutions that will work best for the company and its employees.  Program components may include elements such as:
